Screening Review
Our leasing team reviews your application, runs a background check, verifies employment, and contacts previous landlords. This process typically takes 1-3 business days. We'll contact you with the results and next steps.
Lease Signing and Move-In
If approved, we'll schedule a lease signing appointment. You'll provide the security deposit and first month's rent, receive the keys, and move in. Our team will coordinate a final walkthrough and answer any questions.
